Position Job Description Experience


Web Analytics / Web Trends • Two to Three years of experience implementing and using Omniture SiteCatalyst or WebTrends or similar tools such as, Coremetrics, Google Analytics, etc.


• Support the web analytics needs of clients by analyzing website Clickstream data


• Create holistic dashboards by pulling data from different data sources for presentations to various business stakeholders at client organizations


• Mid-level expertise in SEO, SEM (Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing) and Online Campaign strategies and a minimum of one-year experience measuring success of these types of efforts


• Expert at Excel, strong skills with MS Office 3-8 years


Web Designers / Developers • Experience in Dreamweaver, Photoshop tools.


• Hands on experience in creating interactive prototypes using HTML, DHTML, CSS, CSS2, JavaScript. Knowledge of Ajax, jQuery (Client side frameworks).


• Exposure to RIA technologies like Flex, Silverlight. Knowledge of cross browsers and cross platforms.


• Sound knowledge of User Centric and Interactive Design. Well aware of W3C standards, guidelines. 3-8 years


Visual Designers Must have:


• Understanding of user-centered design process.


• Ability to translate the creative brief in to world-class and contemporary visual design solutions.


• UI design using clean layouts, purposeful colors, functional graphics, cross-cultural icons and typography to enhance user experience and ease of use.


• Effective communication of conceptual ideas and design rationale. Experience/understanding of various type of UI design i.e. Touch screen Kiosk, Handheld device, Web site and Application design, Windows application is plus.


• Advanced skills of tools like Photoshop Creative Suite, Flash, and CorelDraw. Awareness of current design trends, media, branding, Technology etc.


Nice-to-have:


• Competent in MS Office package - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. Moderate to Advanced skills in making webpage’s using html and CSS. Knowledge of Flex/Flash design. Fair understanding of Interaction design. 3-8 years


Flex Designer • Experience in Flex 3.0, Action script 3.0, BlazeDS, Eclipse, Flex Unit test, flex profiling & scripting required.


• Knowledge of Cairngorm, pure MVC, pure MVC Fabrication, MVCS, Mate; Hands on experience on at least one of these frameworks required.


• Knowledge of server side technology (J2EE/.Net) & experience of working with server side team to understand their requirement.


• Knowledge of custom component creation, applying CSS and skinning the application.


• Understanding of Flash, FMS, Remoting, FlashLite, AIR and other core Flash platform products / libraries will be plus.


• Should have worked on communication between Flex and server side technologies (such as J2EE/.Net) is preferred.
